ADP is the Benefits Administrator for OneBeacon. 

The OneBeacon Benefits Customer Service Center phone number is 877.576.0393.  The service center can assist with password resets/username problems, enrollment questions and general concerns about your 2012 benefits. 

You may access your account through the ADP HR Self-Service website: https://portal.adp.com.  This ADP website integrates benefits and W-2 information and payroll self-service.

Are you a new hire?  Read through the ADP registration guide for help creating your account so you can make your benefit elections for 2012.

Flexible Spending Account Information

You can also get access to your Flexible Spending Account through the ADP HR Self-Service website or direct at www.flexdirect.adp.com.  This website holds Flexible Spending Accounts and commuter administration.   Flexdirect does require that you register as a first time user and create a username and password.  This is not the same username and password that you created through the registration process for Benefits/Payroll.
