Benefits under the OneBeacon Insurance Pension Plan were frozen as of 12/31/02.  If you were hired prior to 1/1/02, you automatically became a participant of the Plan. If you were hired after 12/31/01, you are not eligible to participate in the Plan.  The company pays the full cost of the Plan.
