The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) provided by Liberty Mutual is a free, confidential, round-the-clock service that helps you and your family balance the demands of work, life and personal issues. OneBeacon offers ALL employees' access to this benefit. The program is confidential and provided at no cost to employees and their household family members. Employees can call the EAP 24 hours a day at 1-877-695-2789 (1-877-MYLIBERTY).

The EAP offers up to five counseling sessions available either in person or by phone. It also offers resources and referral services for child and elder-care needs, budget counseling, and legal consultation and referral.
