Unpaid Leave

Unpaid leave may be requested for a number of reasons, including but not limited to: family and medical leave (FMLA), education, health reasons, maternity/paternity, or personal. While on approved unpaid leave, employees are billed for benefits at the active employee rate.

Your manager and Human Resources Generalist must approve all leaves.
